- SD – Sudan
- SS – South Sudan
- SY – Syria
- BY – Republic of Belarus
- YE – Yemen
- CF – Central African Republic
- CU – Cuba
- Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine
